Scott F. Maly is a seasoned executive, board member, and strategic advisor with more than two decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, automotive, industrial, packaging, and consumer products businesses. His career has included President, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Board Member roles with responsibility for organizations ranging from $62 million to $150 million in revenue, multi-site operations, and workforces of more than 600 employees.

Scott brings a practical, operator’s perspective to the boardroom, combining enterprise strategy with deep experience in P&L management, operational transformation, M&A, post-merger integration, growth, and organizational development. He has worked directly with Boards of Directors, owners, CEOs, and executive teams to establish strategic priorities, improve financial performance, manage complex business challenges, and build organizations positioned for sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Scott has delivered measurable results, including significant improvements in EBIT, EBITDA, productivity, quality, delivery, inventory, and revenue. As President and Board Member of Toyoda Gosei Fluid Systems USA, he helped drive productivity gains of 48%, reduce scrap and inventory by 75%, and improve EBIT by 50% and 60% in consecutive years. His experience also includes business acquisitions, integration, strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development.
